New Y° r k. February 12. Charles Warner, the actor, committed suicide at New York. He was found hanging to the door of a room at his hotel. Deceased left an incoherent, hysterical note alleging that he had been persecuted by blackmailers. Harry Warner explains that his father was sufferring from mental derangement. He had not appeared on the stage this year. Warner left cash to pay for his board and funeral. The condition of the strap indicated that he had made attempts to strangle himself. '
