Kjr Telegraph.—Press Association. Weilinfton, last Night. Following is Captain Edwin's weather forecast to 3 p.m. to-morrow:—Easter-ly winds, strong to gale, are probable north of East Cape, Taupo and Raglan, with falling barometer ami rain. Southerly moderate to strong elsewhere, but changing to strong northerly winds after 16 hours. I/ittle movement of barometer until then, but falling afterward*, with weather unsettled.
