FALSE PRETENCES. Dunedin, Last Night. At the Police Court to-day Alexander Stewart JlcKenzie, alias Forbes Wight, Alias Alfred Bradley, alias Burgess, pleaded guilty to charges of having at Auckland in January, 1908, obtained £3 from Mr. Dacre by means of false; pretences, also with having obtained by means of false pretences from Perkins one perambulator, valued at £3. Accused, who is now serving sentences of six months here for forgeries audi theft, was sentenced to three months on the first charge and one month on the second, to be concurrent with that i now being served.
