' Judgment creditor pleaded that in Ins present circumstances, with sickness in tlhe home, he was unable to pay the amount, lie was a married man with four children, and he earned 27s a week and free house and free milk. His wages were barely sufficient for the maintenance of hi* wife and family, and he had onlv that morning finished paying off another amount for which an order of the Court had been made against him. , No order made. ; |)r.
