Ilewlell, claim .CS and costs CI :1s lid: New Zealand Express Company (Mr. Nicholson) v. W. 11. Wilson, claim- 7s lid and costs | "' JUDGMENT SUMMONSES. S. 11. White aud Sous (Mr. Niclloljsou) v. S. 11. Anslis, claim CI Ills (id. ' Judgment creditor pleaded that in Ins present circumstances, with sickness in tlhe home, he was unable to pay the amount, lie was a married man with four children, and he earned 27s a week and free house and free milk. His wages were barely sufficient for the maintenance of hi* wife and family, and he had onlv that morning finished paying off another amount for which an order of the Court had been made against him. , No order made. ; |)r.
