Bjr Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. Following is Captain Edwin's weather •forecast to 3.p.m. to-morrow:—Strong winds are probable generally from the eastward north of East Cape. Tauponnd Raglan; northerly thence to Hokitika and Lyttelton,»and westerly clsewoiere. Bain is probable-north of Auckland, and also in the .southernmost and a falling barometer everywhere.
