TO THE EDITOR. GIR—I read with interest your very pithy leader relating to the present Administration, and I quite agree, too, that' Sir Joseph need not hesitate about picking a man for Minister of Lands. If he really is at a loss, we can soon pick him, for he is not 100 miles from here. However, what I set out to mention was this, that I have come to the conclusion that it will not be necessary to advertise in the papers much more, as everybody seems to recognise 'that the Meat Bazaars are the shops to do business with. We are constantly hearing such remarks as these: "Jack, that corned beef you sent me to-day was absolutely and without exception the best I ever tasted"; and "Eh, mon, but that chop was fine!" "Sure, now, lad, will I be after having steak like that every titw?*' "Every time, John, every linieV' We take this opportunity, while ftiankinjr our customers for the way they have rallied round, to assure them th.it we intend at all costs to keep up the quality,—Yours,
