The plaintill' in the action was Sidney Harold Darrach, a confectionery manufacturer, who claimed .CUKSI) damages from Alfred Bridginan, a storekeeper, for alleged negligence in leaving a burning dust-heap alongside, his factory, and I U»K ihe plaintiff claimed, causing the I factory to be burnt down. The ease was not concluded.
