HARBOR LOAN.
A DEPUTATfOX TO LOXDOX. A special meeting of the Xew Plymouth Harbor Board was held yesterllay niorninir to consider the raising ol the new loan, and eventually Mr. Connett (chairman) and Mr. King were authorised to proceed to London to negotiate for the loan. Mr. King explained that for a few davs he would be unable to say whether it would! be convenient for him to get away.
