Kaiuey is moving in the 'House, of Representatives for an enquiry into the circumstance* of the purchase of the Panama Cnniil. He charged 'Mr. Tuft's brother and others with being 'parties (,o tue railroad proposal, about to be adopted by the Panama Assembly, involving the timber land frauds.
