CONDEMN A TERRORIST TO DEATH Paris, January 21. A secret tribunal sitting at Paris condemned to death, as a police agent, Azeff, chief terrorist and organiser of the llussian revolutionary society, who is represented to have arranged most of the assassinations attempted in recent years, including Uie plot on the Czar's life. It is alleged that Ajfeff had Father Ciapon executed by the revolutionaries.
