Ml NINO COMPANIES. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Auckland, Thursday. The Talisman Gold Mining Company has declared its first quarterly dividend of Is (id per share payable on February 25. The balance of the dividend will be deckled after the annual meeting. A meeting of shareholders of the Waihi Grand Junction is to he lield in London on 29th inst. to consider the proposal of the directors for the issue of 100,000 shares at £ 1 each, 70,000 being offered to shareholders pro rata.
