SEASIDE CAMPING.

To the Editor. Sir,—T would bo glad if you would allow iiiu to express through your columns the hearty thanks of my camping party and myself for the kindness sliown us whilst encamped at Moturoa liy his Worship, the Mayor, Captain Hood, Mr. A. L. Humphries, and other members of the Seaside Improvement Committee. I feel sure that if country settlers only knew the welcome that awaits them in New Plymouth from this band of willing workers a large number would avail themselves of the opportunity afforded them by the holiday season of visiting their parent town.' Thanking-you in anticipation,—l am, etc., SIDNEY WARD. Stratford, January 12lh, 1009.
