* BULGARIA'S COMPENSATION. Constantinople, January 13. The Russian Ambassador has informed the Turkish Grand Vizier that £050,000 i.< the utmost that Bulgaria is able to pay for compensation for the seizure of the Oriental Railway. lie said he hoped that the Port* would accept the amount. The British, French and German Ambassadors spoke in similar terms.
