.FOUND DROWNED. By Ttlegrapb.—Piess Association. Dimedin, Tuesday. The body of a man was found in tile I upper harbor this morning. .Some of his clothes bore the name of J. Ross. Deceased was well dress'ed, luul money in his pocket and gold sleeve links bearing the initials "J.R," He \vns a man about 35 years of age, and of stout build.

Dunedin, Last Night. Jas. Booth Ross, whose body was found in the harbor this morning, was an attendant at Seacliif Mental Hospital. It is believed the body had Wn in the water for about a week.
