.FOUND DROWNED. By Ttlegrapb.—Piess Association. Dimedin, Tuesday. The body of a man was found in tile I upper harbor this morning. .Some of his clothes bore the name of J. Ross. Deceased was well dress'ed, luul money in his pocket and gold sleeve links bearing the initials "J.R," He \vns a man about 35 years of age, and of stout build.
Dunedin, Last Night. Jas. Booth Ross, whose body was found in the harbor this morning, was an attendant at Seacliif Mental Hospital. It is believed the body had Wn in the water for about a week. The face was swollen and bore marks of | injuries such as might have been caused by falling 011 stones. In the were found £2 7s fid in money, a silver 1 watch, a pair of gold sleeve links, and. a number of other articles. Deceased, was on holiday leave, and left tint I'rinco of Wales Hotel to return to the. mental hospital about ten days ago. He was a single man, about 33 years old | and has relatives ill Hrtsbane.

'overdose OF MORPWA. Auckland, Tuesday. At an inquest on Dr. Orl'ord Jones a verdict was returned that death was due to the accidental administration of an overdose of morplra.
