AUSTRIA'S OFFER TO TURKEY. TURKEY IMPRESSED. Received 11, 11.17 p.m. Constantinople, January 11. The Turkish Grand Vizier is impressed with Austria's offer to pay 2>/„ million pounds by way of compensation for the old State Domains in Bosnia and Herzegovina, besides consenting to Turkish Customs being increased by 15 per cent. The domains consist chiefly of live million acres of forest land, also mines for salt, broifh coal, copper, ti.i, quicksilver and sulphur.
