Sunday-school and llible-class work was discussed at ■length, and a. New Zealand Primitive Methodist llible-class Cnion was form»d with Mr. 11. Holland as president, the' Rev. E. Drake vice-president, ami Mr. ■A. \arncy secretary and treasurer. The-e ollicers, with the lievs. .1. Guy and P. J. Cossam and .Mr. J. Upton wore appointed (o act as an executive committee. The headquarters were ■tixed at Wanganui, and the ltev. J. Dawson was elected Sunday-school and '.llible-claass agent. The building com--■mittee's report showed the number of churches to be 77. and residences 42. The total cost was COO.OOI 18s (Id and ' flic present value C0!I.!I22 10s Sd, while | ■lhe number of bearers was 10.2118. The I English Conference Rev. ,1 Cocker and Mr. If. Midland, gave interesting addresses referriiiir to their impressions of the recent conference. A mass of general business was transacted.
