BRIBERY AND CORRUPTION.
ARRESTS IS AMERICA. Received 23, 10.45 p.m. Sew lork, December 23. At the instance of the reforming Mayor at .Pittsburg and the Civic League, seven city councillors and two bankers were arrested for bribery and corruption. They were released on heavy bail.
