PERSIA.
RESTORATION- OF THE CONSTITUTION REFUSED. Teheran, December 22. A band of Ihree hundred Nationalists here made representations to the Shah in favor of the restoration of the constitution. The request was refused, and the petitioners had to take refuge in the Turkish legation.
