PETITION' PRESENTED. By Telegraph - —Press Association. Dunedio, Last Night. This afternoon an clcctiou petition was lodged with the returning ollicer for Dunedin North by .Messrs. Solomon, (iascoigne and Hay. solicitors for Mr. A. 11. Barclay. The petition prays that the present declaration as to the result of the poll should be set aside, and that Mr. .Barclay should be declared elected member, or, in the alternative, that a new election should be held.
