PROVIDING FOR THE WIDOWS AND - CHILDREN. Received 22, 9.58 p.m. Berlin, December 22. The Kadbod relief fund amounts to £OO,OOO. This will provide a supple-. nientary annuity of 150 marks to each widow and 73 marks to each'child per annum.
