Numerous additional arrests have been made in connection with the Bengal seditionary iiuiveineiit, including landowners, journalists, and students. It is now' discovered tint the conspiracy is of long standing and much 1 more serious than was thought at lirst. i It includes well-organised special sec--1 tions for establishing newspapers, col- - letting anus, making bombs, collecting i funds (even by raids), and watching ' the police.
