Following is Captain Enwin'a forecast to 3 p.m. tomorrow:— Strong norther'y winds, changing to westward, are probable north of Napier and Kawhia; southeasterly elsewhere. Rain probably general. The barometer is rising north of Auckland, and falling elsewhere.
