TO-DAY'S HACK. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wanganui, Last Night. Neither Webb nor Arn»t was 011 the river to-day, both contenting themselves with light esercisu 011 hind. They, are in line condition, and the respective parties are confident of success. It is still the very general opinion that Webb will will, thougli it is expected that Arnst will give him a good race. A large number of visitors is in town.
