WEBB v. ARN'ST. By Telegraph.—Fi'css Association. Wauganni, Last Night. Large crowds of people visited Webb's and Arns 's camps this afternoon. Webb did not go on the water, but Arnst covered two miles in good style. The weather was beautiful to-day.
