The L'lcliain Dairy Company will pay out £10,(iOO for last month's milk, being at the rule of 1.1% d per lb of butterfat. During November 2U0,2921b of butler were manufactured. .
The Stratford Dairy Company last r.ionu received 4.(i50,1201,b of milk. Tin! output of butter was 191,52111b. The ave/.igv' test was 3.570. The amount to i.v |.;:d out for butter-fat is £7278 9s lid. being at the rate of H)'/ 2 d per lb.
The cc--,it:on of the boned meat export trade has had the effect of considerably reducing the fees collected at the local abattoirs. The revenue in No-, vember was £10!) 7s 7d, or a decrease of £3l 4s 2d as compared with November, li) 07.
