EXCOUKAGIXG INVEXTOHS. London, December 11. The United Kingdom Aero Club lias funned a league to encourage inventors of aeroplane*. Admiral .Sir Edward Seymour, speaking at a dinner of the Aero Club, declared that an aeroplane invasion was less imminent and less dangerous than some supposed. llesidcs, it could easily be repelled by using a lighter form of aeroplanes.
