Kailway Handicap-Tumut 1, llussell 2, Nauma, 3. The only defaulter was \i. Tumut won comforfablv by two! lengths. Mussel making a great run at the finish and beating Naumai for second place by a short head. Time, lmin 2sec. .Scurry—Miscast 1, Kimmerian 2, ,Vmco3. The scratcliings were: Aw ha Lougner and Marutoa. This was an exciting race. Miscast and Kimmerian came down the straight together, and the former only won by half a length. Time, liuia isee. ' " High-weight—Loiret 1, Lethean 2, Aberration 3.
