By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. At the Magistrate's Court to-day a young man named Charles Thomas Scoraige was committed for trial on a charge of stealing money from a dwelling at Island Bay. Joseph Shaw, alias MeMahon, was fined £lO for assaulting a constable while in the execution of his duty.
