Students of technical classes are advised to hand in at once the names of the subjects they propose to take to the Director or other person in charge of the classes. Private students desiring to be examined should forward at once the names of the subjects they propose to take to the Inspector-General of Schools, Education Department, Wellington. WAITARA JOCKEY CLUB'S RACES AT LEPPERTON JUNCTION. AN* jlrd December passenger train will leave Stratford 8.40 a.m., Lepperton Junction 10.5 a.m., arriving New Plymouth 10.35 a.m., returning from New Plymouth G.'25 p.m., Lepperton Junction 7.3 p.m., for Hajvera. Passengers from New Plymouth for Douglas must travel by the train leaving New Plymouth at 5.10 p.m. (See below). Passenger trains will run from NewPlymouth and Waitara to Leppcrto.i Junction as under:— Leave New Plymouth 10.00 a.m., arriving Lepperton Junction 11.20 a.m., returning from Lepperton Junction at 4.37 p.m. and 5.45 p.m. for New Plymouth. Leave Waitara 11.15 a.m., arriving Lepperton Junction 11.31 a.m., returning from Lepperton Junction 4.38 p.m. and 5.50 p.m. for Waitara. The usual 4.47 p.m. train, Lepperton Junction to New Plymouth, and 4.55' p.m. train, Lepperton Junction to Waitara, will NOT rim. The usual 4.15 p.m. train will be delayed to leave New Plymouth at 5.10 p.m., Lepperton Junction 5.45 p.m., for Hawera. A train will leave Waitara at 5.0 p.m., connecting at Lepperton Junction with the 5.10 p.m. fain from New Plymouth for Hawera. The usual 8.50 p.m. train, Stratford to Douglas, will be delayed to leave Stratford at 7.45 p.m., after connecting Svitli the 5.10 p.m. train from New Plymouth. Holiday Excursion Tickets, available for return until 4tli December, will lie issued to New Plymouth from Eltham and intermediate stations, including Toko branch, on 3rd December.
