MEETING OI" THE N.Z.R.A. COUNCIL
By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. ' The Council of the New Zeala id Rowing Association, at a meeting tonight, decided to obtain legal advice on the question whether a fisherman who uses a rowing boat or a motor launch i" a professional. The programme for the championship regatta at Mercer February was submitted for approval. Ihe prize money totals £250, of wnich I £IOO is allotted to the championsuip fourß. It was decided to ask tlic Auckland Association to alter the times appointed tor the championship races, Ibo that crews can take part in more than one event, and to see if a youths' fours can be included in place of ons of the light-weight events.
