PLOT NIPPED IN THE BCD. Calcutta, November 24. Another plot to murder Sir A. Eraser has been discovered. Three Jkugmis have been arrested and charged with being implicated iu the scheme. The Bengal Chamber of Commerce and other powerful associations are urging Earl Minto, the Viceroy, to create 1 a special tribunal without' a jury to try conspirators intriguing to overthrow British authoritv.
A SEDITIOUS SPEECH. Victoria (8.C.), November 24. , Professor Toga Singh delivered a ■seditious speech to Indians at Vancouver. He said the Sikhs were opening their eyes and all Indians were demand" ing justice.
POLICE SUPERINTENDENT MURDERED. Received 25, 11 p.m. London, November 25. A native constable, who was threatened with dismissal, murdered Mr. prank Clough, district superintendent of police at Lyallpur, in the Punjab, and his orderly. • Reuter's correspondent states that the crime is in no way political.
