OUTBREAK OF CATTLE DISEASE
DRASTIC STEPS. New York, November 23. Foot-and-mouth disease lias attacked the cattle of ten counties of Pennsylvania. There are indications that it is spreading to Maryland. Drastic steps arc being taken by the United States Government to stamp out the disease. Cattle are being kiikl or disinfected in wholesale numbers.
