A resolution was passed 'in favor of direct representation ii labor unions in Parliament.
; CONSERVATIVE CONFERENCE. ! London, November 22. • The Conference of Conservative Associations at Cardiff passed a resolution jn favor of extending the Parliamentary jfranchise to women who are entitled to yote at county, municipal and parish council elections.
