SENSATIONAL TRAGEDY.
IN A TAXICAI3. London, November 19. A sensational tragedy occured in a taxicnb here. William iiarnard l)avv, a man of twenty-four yearn, residing at Worksop, c.-rine to London in search of his wife from whom lie llad been separated. Having found her , he hailed a tuxicab and the two entered it.
While they were driving Davy shot bis wife and then committed suicide. His act is attributed to jealousy. Davy was the son of a former hotelkeeper of Sbeflield. lie had squandered the fortune left by his father. Recently he paid a visit to Australia.
