TO ETON BOYS. Received 19, 9.25 p.in. London, November 10. King Edward and Queen Alexandra opened a hall library erected at Eton a memorial to the old Etonians killed in the South African war. King Edward exhorted the boys to maintain tli'o traditions which tad made Eton renowned in history.
