NEGRO AT BAY.
KILLS SEVEN -MEN AND SUICIDES. New York, November 16. James Decar, a negro, who was charged with assaulting an Indian boy at Oklahoma, barricaded himself in his dwelling. He shot and killed a sheriff and six other men. Then be committed suicide by firing his bouse and remaining till he w;us buraed to death.
