LORDS AND THE LICENSING BILL. Received 10. 11.45 p.m. | Loudon, November 10. Mr. A. liirrel, Secretary for Ireland, speaking at Bristol, declared that the Licensing Bill did not concern the Lords. They would be treading on very dangerous ground if they rejected the Bill. Suffragettes constantly interrupted Mr. BirreJ, and were ejected from the building.
