BRITISH LICENSING BILL.
ADVICE TO THE LOUD*. London, November 13, I The Times advises the House of Lords to reject the Licensing Hill, since if is impossible tu amend the confiscatory principle out of it, ABOLITION OF TIED HOUSES, London, November 1,1. The Premier, Mr. Asquith, proposes to recommit the Licensing Hill for the purpose of moving an amendment providing that no new licenses shall be granted to tied houses.
