I'KJiSS CRITICISM. Sydney, November 11. Both the morning papers urge that the defeat of the Dcakto Government offers an opportunity to return to the two-party system of government. The ileralil says that on the tnets tflero IB nothing to prevent a return to this system. The Labor Party should be allowed to go into opposition. The Herald believes that the way is now opened for a better understanding between the anti-Socialist parties. The Telegraph says: "Since Jlr. Dcakin
hesitated cither to challenge the House or to provide an opportunity for any other leader to close np the anti-Social-ist ranks, it may be that, if commissioned to form a Government, Mr. Fisher, will play a higher part than is generally expected by at once submitting a motion challenging the House on the Labor objective and, if defeated, dissolving and asking the people for a legitimate majority that will enable him to rule in -accordance with his principles."
