SEDITION IN INDIA.
A VILLAINOUS NEWSPAPER. Calcutta, November 6. The suppressed Calcutta newspaper Yugantar has re-appeared at Chandernagore. In its first issue it urges tu«! Bengalis to exterminate the Europeans, and' declares that the only subscription that is required for the paper is that every reader shall bring the head of a European to the paper's office.
