The following is Captain Edwin's forecast to 3 p.m. to morrow:—Expect coid, wet, and stonily weather generally; westerly winds, strong to gale, north of East Cape, Tanpo, and Raglan; heavy westerly gale thence to Hokitika and Lyttelton, changing to southerly, and southerly gale elsewhere.
