OUTFLANKED. By Telegraph.—Press Association, Christchiirch. Last Nignt. The Christchiirch No-License Party has telegraphed the Postmaster-Gen-eral protesting against the lodging of large quantities of trade literature ill C'liristehureh and other post offices for delivery on November Oth (sic), when it will he too late for the party to-make an effective reply to statements contained in the circular, before the general election.
