Much interest is being shown in rc£ird to the opening performance of Mr. Edward Branseombc's "Scarlet Troubadours," who are making their livst a»pearaiiee in New Plymouth at the Theatre Royal to-night. The phenomenal success of this talented combin-i----tioii in all the large cities of the Dominion is sufficient guarantee to ensure large % business here: Mr. Branscombe. who will be remembered as the directir of the Westminster Glee Singers, promises us .something equally as good, if | not better, in the Troubadours, whose voices and part-singing has been described as the best of its kind ever heard in Australasia.
