ROCKEFELLER'S ATTITUDE. New York, November 1. Mr. J. D. Rockefeller, the chairman of tlie Standard Oil Trust, has announced that he intends to vote for Mr. Taft. Sixty thousand business men and employees paraded New York on Saturday in the interests of the Republicans: Mr. Elihu Root delivered the final speech in the New York campaign, predicting Mr. Bryan's election to be a certain cause of a prolonged period of business disaster.
