! SUPREME COUItT PROCEEDING#., VERDICT FOR THE -MINISTER. Brisbane. October 31. •The Chief Justice lias delivered hi? judgment in the case of th« Roy, Dr. I"rackleton against the Presbytery of Queensland and the General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church. He foirad that the Presbytery acted harshly, unjustly, and injuriously against 'plaintiff, whose suspension was illegal awd void. The proceedings of the One-ul Assembly were also declared void. i The Judge granted a mandamus Against the Ojural Assembly and Ilic Presbytery in terms of the claim. Judgment was given for plaintiff with eost3 of all proceedings.
