BRITISH LICENSING BILL.
RESTRICTING SUM DAY TRADE. Received 1, 4.25 p.m. London, October 31. The clause in the Licensing Bill restricting the opening of provincial hotels on' Sunday to three hours was adopted by 237 to 55. The Government p.oposes to extvid the restriction to London owing to the favorable reception of the clause.
