Mr. Kosser, the secretary to Hie tramway Union, points out that the Arbitration Court ordered the Union to pay .CUO to the applicant in Hie j-ecent court ease, and that H le applicant was Hie Inspector of Factories, and not Hi,: Tramway Company.
