HIGH-HANDED VENEZUELA.
BRITISH PASSENGERS RELEASED. PENNILESS AND FRIENDLESS.' Received 29, 11.37 p.m. London, October 28. The passengers of the Lady Kensington, recently seized by the Venezuelan authorities, luive been released. The authorities allowed each paaenger 20 cents daily for necessaries. An escaped sailor describes them as penniless and friendless.
