After giving full consideration to the question, they were of opinion that it was inexpedient to move the Albert school owing to the distance (by road) which children would have to travel to the Upper Kent school. They therefore recommended that the repairs reported on by the architect be put in hand as soon as convenient. With regard to the Lower Kent and Lower Mangorei M-hools. |hey recommended that no change lie made at present, hilt that should it become uecessarv at some future time to enlarge the Low'er Mnng.irci school, or should elose settlement take place in the neighbourhood of the cross roads, the Hoard, should consul"!' the question of removing the school to sonic place near the junction of the Avenue ami .Mangorei roads.
