COUNCIL'S HEADQUARTERS QUESTION. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Christchui'ch, Last Night. A 6pecial meeting of the Council Or the New Zealand Amateur Athletic Association was held to-night to consid'T the posilion in regard to the election ot a new council. It was decided to approve of the chairman's action. It was pointed out that if a change of headquarters was desired there was the constitutional way of bringing it about by taking a mail vote of the centres.
